Staff scan to clock in
The manager displays the QR code on their screen. Staff open Clock Us In, tap Scan, and point the camera — the shift starts instantly. WiFi detection can also prompt a reminder the moment they connect to the venue’s network.
Managers see everything live
The Live Dashboard shows every active shift colour-coded by status: on shift, on break, clocked out. Managers can force clock-out or open adjustments without leaving the screen.
Review and close timesheets
At the end of the day or week, managers review completed shifts per employee, adjust any incorrect times with a logged reason, and the accurate records are ready for payroll.

QR Code Clock-In & Out
Staff clock in and out by scanning a rotating QR code — no POS hardware or internet on the employee’s device needed. Each code refreshes every 30 minutes for security. Managers display the QR code on their own screen; employees scan it with the app to record their shift instantly.
WiFi Arrival Detection
Clock Us In reads the venue’s Wi-Fi network name to detect when staff arrive at work and sends a reminder to clock in. No GPS tracking — the app checks the network name only, and your location is never stored or transmitted.
Live Shift Dashboard
Managers see a real-time view of who is on shift, who is on break, and who hasn’t arrived — colour-coded by status. Swipe any active shift to force clock-out or open the manual adjustment sheet directly from the dashboard.
Break Tracking
Full break management built in. Staff start and end breaks with a tap; the app records duration automatically. Managers can edit break times after the fact from the timesheet detail screen, and the total break time rolls into the net hours calculation.
Team Scheduling
Schedule the whole team from the Team tab. Create one-off shifts or repeating weekly patterns by selecting specific weekdays and an end date. Filter the Schedule Overview calendar by Kitchen, Front-of-House, individual role, or any combination — by day, week, month, or year.
Timesheet Management
Complete shift history per employee with clock-in, clock-out, and break records. Managers can manually adjust any time field, add a reason for the change, and the record is updated instantly — all stored locally on the device.
